My Process
My design process starts by gaining an understanding of the business objectives and user needs. By gathering comprehensive information and conducting research, I am able to gain a deep understanding of the user environment and identify the key challenges and opportunities. This often includes hosting workshops with stakeholders and potential users to gather a wide range of insights and establish clear project directions. Using these insights, I create detailed user flows and journey maps that outline essential interactions and touchpoints across the product. These serve as a foundation for developing wireframes, which are then either user-tested or refined into high-fidelity designs that enhance the visual and interactive aspects of the interface. The final step involves building functional prototypes for user testing and providing critical feedback to make iterative improvements. This approach ensures that the final product is aesthetically pleasing, functional, and user-centric.
My Work Style
My work style is characterized by adaptability and collaboration. While I excel at working independently and focusing deeply on design tasks, I actively seek feedback from colleagues to enhance and refine the project throughout its creation. I’m used to working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that my designs are in sync with technical possibilities and business objectives. However, I believe that the most important feedback comes from the users themselves. Through iterative feedback loops and ongoing dialogue, I shape concepts into designs that resonate with users and facilitate delightful and functional interactions.
Creativity and Continuous Learning
Creativity is my driving force. I constantly seek innovative solutions to complex design challenges, learn new tools and techniques, and push the boundaries of what is possible to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. By integrating the latest design trends and technologies, I craft experiences that are not only intuitive and accessible but also captivating and distinctive. I’m always learning something new or trying new tools and I believe continuous learning is key to staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving design landscape..

I aim to deliver designs that enrich lives by making technology accessible and enjoyable. I am particularly drawn to interesting projects and products that are used daily. I pride myself on being able to quickly get up to speed on product requirements and constraints, allowing me to hit the ground running on new projects. I love learning new skills, trying out new tools, and taking on new challenges. Each project presents a new opportunity to transform ideas into tangible experiences, and that’s what keeps me creating time and again.

User Experience Design (UX)
I create intuitive user interfaces and optimize user journeys through strategic design thinking and user-centered methodologies. My process involves running interactive workshops to gather insight, developing concepts and user flows, creating interactive prototypes, and conducting user testing to refine designs. This iterative approach ensures that the interfaces are not only visually appealing but also highly functional.
User Interface Design (UI)
I focus on the aesthetic elements of digital products, including Layout, Color Schemes, Typography, and Visual Hierarchy. I ensure seamless and visually appealing user interfaces, all while developing and implementing Design Systems that ensure consistency and scalability across platforms and devices.
Combining 3D Design and Motion Graphics skills to create dynamic Visual Experiences and interactive animations that bring digital interfaces to life, enhancing user interaction and engagement.
I’m proficient in a comprehensive design software suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Blender, and more. I pride myself on my ability to swiftly master new tools and technologies, ensuring the delivery of high-impact design solutions across various platforms.

Hello! I’m a designer whose creativity extends far beyond the digital landscape. Married to my wonderful wife, Kate, and father to two spirited kids, my family is my inspiration and passion. As an avid sports fan, photography enthusiast, and tech aficionado, I balance my professional life with a wide range of personal passions.
Our love for adventure and discovery took us on a two-year trek across the country in our camper in 2015. This journey let us explore our stunning natural landscapes while I continued to work remotely, blending my passion for design with the thrill of exploration. It was a transformative experience that deepened my appreciation for nature and the diversity of our country.
Whether crafting user experiences, snapping the next great photo, or hiking a new trail abroad, I bring the same level of enthusiasm and love for life.
